Alternative rock 4-piece based around the thoughtful lyrics of Sonje Du Toit and guitar styling's of Philip McEwan. The duo met through music in 2008 and soon after formed 'Around Zero' crafting music that is based around good song-writing and does not adhere to fashion nor fad. After less than a year together the band have written dozens of songs and gained a reputation as fierce live performers. After a lengthy Hiatus, and many a change in the band line-up, Sonje and Philip recruited James Brown and Ben McKay on Drums and Guitar respectively to complete the line-up.
